PHENG Kea: Executive Director
Kea has a strong educational background in agriculture, business administration and development study including in Cambodia and Switzerland. Kea has knowledge on the development context in lower and middle income countries and their efforts and context in achieving the sustainable development goals. With almost 15 years of experience in related fields, Kea has a strong background in organizational management, qualitative research and strategic development, project design and integrated rural development programs including agriculture and livelihood community organizing, water and sanitation engineering, behaviour change and supply chain development.

Nong Boroth: WASH BCC Officer - (GIS Mapping, Professional Photography, WASH Training Facilitation, & good communication)
Nong Boroth is a graduate of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) with a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management and Development. Having volunteered with RainWater Cambodia (RWC) since 2021, Boroth transitioned into a Project Assistant role, where he provided vital field support. From 2022 to 2024, he served as a Project Officer Assistant and Driver in Banteay Meanchey, contributing to WASH capacity-building initiatives in health centers and local communities.
In November 2025, Boroth was appointed as the WASH BCC Officer for the "Improvement of Health Conditions and Educational Opportunities at Schools in Northern Cambodia" project. With three years of experience in behavior change communication (BCC), he now leads efforts in project mapping, implementation planning, and facilitating training sessions and hygiene campaigns within school and community settings.

TUN Meng Tieng: Project Officer – (Data collection, GIS mapping and SPSS)
Mengtieng, graduated of Natural Resources Management and Development at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and has been volunteer with RWC since October 2020. He works as project assistant in Accompagenment project to support training of WASH behaviour change communication and provide hygiene practice to participant. In May 2021 Mengtieng was successfully awarded the position of project assistant in the project BMZ-KHA and have committed to support RWC project throughout the mission and vision. Currently, Mengtieng become a project officer in the project ” Increasing access to improved water source and safe drinking water in Sdock Pravoeuk commune, Rukhakiri district, Battambang province ” funded by CAFOD. In addition, he is strong experience in community outreach through data collection, GIS mapping and SPSS. He has strong communication with team. Future goals, being a businessman and wanting to help the rural area to access clean water and sanitation.

SAROEUN Pheara: Program Officer – (Database research/data analysis, GIS mapping)
Pheara completed a bachelor’s degree of Natural resources management and development at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and has been volunteering with RWC since July 2019. He works as admin/finance assistant and help to support the project field. In January 2020 Pheara was successfully awarded the position of project officer and currently he become a senior officer and high committed to support the RWC project throughout the vision/mission to support the people in community access to safe water and good proper hygiene in rural areas. In addition, he is strong talent for undertaking the key tasks of Database research/data analysis, GIS mapping, proposal writing and WASH program in the organization. Regularly strong communication with community and help to support teams work and work closely with any stakeholder.

Cheng Borey: Project Officer (Communication and problem solving)
Borey completed a bachelor’s degree of Sociology at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and has been volunteering with RWC as project officer intern since March 2014 to support the project field. Borey has been over 6 -year progressive working experience with local and international non-governmental organizations and education areas. In February 2021 Borey was successfully awarded the position of project officer of Accompagenment project and high committed to support the RWC project throughout the vision/mission to support the water management committee in Kampong Thom and Preah Vihear province and people in community access to safe water and good proper hygiene in rural areas. In addition, he has full fill of communication skills, problem solving skills, community, workshop, training and meeting facilitation skills, monitoring, coaching, mentoring skills and reporting writing skills including data collection, photo taking and case study writing skills. Additionally, he strength is good at working with team and multi-stakeholders.

Chey Raksmey: WASH Program Coordinator - (Strategic Planning, Program Operations and Monitoring, WASH FIT, MHH & Puberty Education, Stakeholder Engagement)
Raksmey began her journey with RWC as a volunteer (2010–2016), gaining foundational, hands-on experience in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facilities and child-centric programs. In 2018, she stepped into the role of Program Coordinator, where she excelled in program planning and providing vital technical support to field staff and development partners.
Between 2022 and 2024, Raksmey served as Deputy Project Manager in Banteay Meanchey, overseeing the "Improving Health in Western Cambodia" initiative.
Currently, as Project Manager, she leverages eight years of intensive expertise in WASH behavior change, Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHH), and puberty education. She now leads the project in Northern Cambodia, managing stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and high-level reporting with the support of the Executive team.

CHAN Chantrea: Admin and Finance Officer – (Administrator and Finance)
Chantrea received a bachelor’s degree of Finance & Bank at the National University of Management and has been working with RWC since 2013. As well as managing RWC finances, Chantrea is in charge in office management and administration and she represents RWC well to our development partners by giving high quality presentation on RWC’s financial procedures and reporting.

TORNH Theary: Admin and Finance Assistant – (Administration, Procurement, Database research and data collection )
Theary is a fresh graduated bachelor degree of major Natural Resource Management and Development at Royal University of Phnom Penh. She is starting volunteer with RWC in June 2021 until December 2022 as an admin and financial assistance. Currently she is in charge in the project name “Improving the health situation in western Cambodia though WASH capacity building in community health centers and communities” an admin and finance assistant base in Banteay Meanchey province. She really has high commitment and enjoy working with RWC to support the version/mission by support with rural community to improve their access to safe drink water sanitation, and climate adaptation. In addition, she’s strong talent in Administration, Procurement, and Database research and data collection. She hopes she can gain more knowledge through this program and teamwork.

TENG Phearom: WASH Officer – (Stakeholders engagement, WASH training, O&M plan)
Phearom has a strong expertise in working on the ground with various stakeholders, in particular the community organizing and training workshop on WASH provided for targeted groups. With 30 years of experience, 25 years in areas of WASH, he also provides technical expertise in borehole drilling, operation and maintenance to line government departments, NGOs and partners in development.

Bunthoeun Ryanuth: Project Officer Assistant – (Field Support, Implementation Planning, Hygiene campaign and training organizing, & NRM knowledge)
Bunthoeun Ryanuth, graduated of Natural Resources Management and Development at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and has been volunteering with RWC since 2025 he works as a project assistant and help to support the project field. She has transitioned into the role of Project Officer Assistant. She currently is in charge in the project name "Improvement of Health Conditions and Educational Opportunities at Schools in Northern Cambodia" as a project officer assistant and providing general support for major project activities such as training sessions, implementation planning, hygiene fairs, and campaigns. She is a responsible, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and gain further professional experience.

Peng Lima: Admin & Finance Intern - (Financial Documentation, Admin Support, Detailed Record-keeping, & Water Management interest)
Peng Lima is a fourth-year student majoring in Accounting and Finance at the University of Economics and Finance. Currently, she serves as an Admin and Finance Intern at RainWater Cambodia (RWC), where she is responsible for supporting administrative operations and assisting with financial tasks to ensure smooth project implementation. Lima has a strong interest in environmental sustainability, particularly in water management and improving access to clean water for communities. She is a responsible, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and gain further professional experience.

Oeun Phon Sydeth: Office Intern – (Automotive Mechanics & Office Administration)
Sydeth is a student of automotive mechanics at the Industrial Technical Institute. He is eager to increase his skills and experience to contribute to innovative projects and solutions. He is seeking new experiences to enhance his professional growth. Currently, he works as an office intern at RainWater Cambodia.

Prak Soneat: WASH Officer Intern – (Child Protection, Child-Centric Learning, & Local Community Engagement)
Soneat is a fourth-year student majoring in Public Administration at the Institute of Science and Technology of Cambodia (ISTC). She currently serves as a WASH Officer Intern for the project "Improvement of Health Conditions and Educational Opportunities at Schools in Northern Cambodia." In her role as a project assistant, she provides essential field support, drawing on her specialized experience in child protection and hygiene education to drive project success.
